Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Pirateu, we strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and changes are processed for bookings made with us.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.

  2. Pirateu-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If we need to cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:

      • A rescheduled date at no additional cost, or

      • A full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No-shows or late arrivals.

  • Bookings with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity without additional charges.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the activity may incur additional fees.
