Luxury Yachts in Dubai

1. Sitting near to the captain is prohibited.

2. It is prohibited to enter any illegally obtained content under Kuwaiti legislation.

3. Prohibiting fireworks.

4. The yacht is not responsible for the loss of the client's personal belongings.

5. It is forbidden to drink cigarettes and shishaa on the yacht.

6. The yacht has the right to cancel the trip for not maintaining public morals.

7. The customer is obligated to maintain the yacht's facilities, and the yacht has the right to claim financial compensation for any damage caused by non-compliance.

8. Not jumping on the Diwaniyah.

9. After swimming or using the Diwaniyah, please do not sit on the yacht until after drying the body.

10. If there is any inquiry about how to use anything inside the yacht, please go to the captain to provide the required assistance.

Our no-cancellation policy applies to the rental of boats, yachts, and fishing boats. However, we offer the flexibility to cancel and refund amounts related to sea trips under the following conditions:

1. 72 Hours Before the Trip: If the customer cancels the reservation at least 72 hours before the trip date, the full amount paid will be refunded.
2. 48 Hours Before the Trip: If the reservation is canceled 48 hours before the trip date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
3. 24 Hours or Less: If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours or less of the trip date, no refund will be issued.

Bad Weather Policy

• In the event of adverse weather conditions, the trip will be postponed, not canceled. Rescheduling will depend on the availability of the same yacht within the period.
• Customers may postpone the trip a maximum of two times within one calendar year. Notification of postponement must be provided at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip.
• Once a trip is postponed, the customer forfeits the right to cancel and request a refund.

Holidays and Festivals

• Trips cannot be canceled during official holidays or festivals but may be postponed according to the established postponement policy.
